Dear Team,
As we usher into the new year, and passed through 2023, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all for your efforts throughout the past year. The success of our organization is built on your efforts.
We’ve come through a year that was filled with many tough challenges and has been very difficult for many of us, some of us even lost their loved ones, I know I can’t make your pain go away but I want you to know that I’m here for anything you need and I sincerely wish you all the strength to overcome the loss. We as a team not just have to sail through it but stay positive and achieve goals and grow on many counts.
Input from every single one of you was valuable for the wellbeing of this organization. Your willingness to take every challenge in stride is admirable. And it’s very reassuring to know that I can count on all of you regardless of what faces us. As you are still determined to work in all the fuss and noise. I seek this dedication and commitment to reach newer heights.
On behalf of NexCen, please allow me to extend my personal and genuine appreciation to each one of you for your valuable contributions and commitment to this organization. Working with you has been an absolute pleasure and I’m proud to have you all with me.
Let me also reflect the positives we achieved this year despite the hard times. We have completed Callidus Integration with SAP for BlackBox Corporation, NetSuite Implementation Support for CStore Master USA, NetSuite Upgrade Feasibility study project for Computer Associates, USA, entered second phase of Skyland’s food portal including POS, HRMS and Time Management, Oracle Cloud Support for Datavail. We have begged two projects; SD/MM/QA/ABAP support project and Security Alignment for TPS Business implementation for BlackBox Corporation, NetSuite Support for Datavail and started our journey in US with SAP and Oracle Cloud Support for ADTRAN Inc, Tall Grass Energy Inc and Everest Insurance. Soon we are going to start the prestigious ISRO project for SAP support and roll out.
BSNL SAP Support project is in third and final year now and though it still needs lot of care and smart working, I’m sure with the steel resolution of the team along with better understanding of BSNL processes and environment we will sail through it successfully. With ISRO SAP Support starting in January second week, other projects lined up are UPCL, Indian Coast Guard and DRDO in SAP and Web Development areas. Any reference, particularly in SAP (FICO/HCM/ABAP/BASIS/REFX/SD), Laravel, Java are welcome and will be rewarded suitably.
As we undergo through this transformation, next two to three years are going to be very exciting and going to keep us on our toes as well. We have also taken couple of initiatives for employees’ welfare and rewards. From the new year, we’ll be rewarding Employee of the quarter based on the certain criteria, (HR will convey), will allow accumulating leaves within a quarter, and will celebrate special occasions and dates together. We are also planning to come with a virtual assistant to answer all the HR related queries to plug any gaps.
I wish & pray for everyone in the NexCen group, a peaceful 2024 with positive thoughts, a strong & resolute mind free of clutter and a resolve to rise above everything negative that may have even remotely affected our minds and restrained us.
